I had an exceptional experience with Sunny Day Real Estate. I had been working with another realtor for 6 months and after struggling, I decided to switch to Sunny Day based on the recommendation from a friend.

Reed is a wealth of knowledge about up and coming areas around Austin, as well as his ability to see problem areas within a home. His insight was incredibly valuable to my home search. His positivity and encouragement is what helped me get through losing out on 4 homes before the 5th offer on a house was finally accepted. Though the home market is incredibly tough for home buyers in Austin, Reed was calm, organized, thoughtful and patient through my entire process. My wife, Cindy, and I were interested in purchasing a home in Austin for our son and for investment purposes. Reed was recommended through a family friend. He immediately responded to what we wanted. He was involved from the very beginning with our lender to make sure we qualified for the home we wanted. We looked at many houses and made several offers with Reed's guidance, he had very good knowledge of every area we looked at was able to let us know if we were going to make an offer that was not in line with market values in that particular neighborhood. Reed demonstrated extreme patience as we kept changing neighborhoods and parameters. We finally decided on a property and Reed was with us the entire time, through the initial offer and counter offers. the inspection, and closing.

I strongly recommend Reed Henderson as a real estate agent. I used him recently for a home I bought and he was excellent in all regards. I have worked with 3-4 other agents previously in the Austin area and Reed is the best. I am most impressed with his work regarding pricing, both in terms of value of the house and bidding strategy. His thorough research made me feel quite comfortable regarding my purchase. He was there in all aspects of the deal as well.
